We recommend 2–4 weeks ahead, especially for weekend dates in peak season. Last-minute? Reach out — we'll do our best.

What's included with every rental?+

Professional delivery, full installation, and takedown after your event. You never lift a pole.

Is a deposit required?+

A deposit secures your date, with the balance due before your event. Details are confirmed at booking.

How much space do I need?+

Plan for roughly 5 ft of extra clearance on all sides of the tent for staking and safe installation.

Can the tent go on concrete or pavement?+

Yes — we use weighted anchoring where staking isn't possible. Let us know your surface when booking.

What's the difference between tent only and with drapery?+

Tent only is the frame and canopy. With drapery adds full premium fabric draping on the ceiling and legs — the signature LuxEvents look.

What if it rains?+

Our tents are built for weather. Sidewalls are available on request for added protection from rain and wind.
